Tides Of War

birddog3553

Slowly rises the tides that crash and turn. Underestimate your enemy and watch your world burn. How sweet is the victory when none have reside covert inside. Hometown sweetheart's often stare with deadly eyes. Even friends look guilty when the horsemen ride. Remember every word said, for sometime their lies. Never forget these words, Re-examine the mind. I've written them with care, for they ring of truth. Common sense is often a forgotten. Wars are proof.
