what is it about me

SorrowfullyHappy

What is it about me

That draws people in

I push them away

But they don't seem to see

That beneath my skin

Is where my demons live

And where my angels die

I'm not the best looking

I'm not the smartest

And I'm not very good at anything

So why are you drawn to me

Do you pity me

Want to help me

What is it

Cause I don't have a clue

You are probably way too over sensitive . Tell me , can you read the minds of people . Hear what they are saying inside their heads . Want to stand up and defend your space but crumble like a beach front castle . With so many vibes surrounding you you just want to run away and find a sanctuary of silence where your senses can let their guard down . One moment happy then the next one sad . Inside a war going on tearing you into . And actually you want nothing to do with that war only wishing it would go away . No you can't be close to anyone but it's not their fault . Nor is it your fault . A tiger has stripes , a zebra does too . But that does not mean they are the same animal . You are like that . One moment tiger and the next one zebra . How can someone relate to both . It would take an exceptional one .

All that doesn't mean you can't change . You can . Set goals , little ones at first , never overextend yourself as it leads to failure and failure leads to miserable feelings . Everyday find some little things and make a change in your life . That way you are laying the foundation for success .
