Erasing Guilt

Keziah Amore'

You caught me off guard I've never had play from that side of the board. And even though the side shifted I have to fight this battle from oppositional position.
I've never had to make cold moves, yes you trained me well.
The scene behind the scene that is; it's my life, and not a game.
I'm the one who's always working, working to operate at my fullest potential of being me.
Operating out of love that is.
See you've ignited a fire in me, and these wounds don't hurt anymore.
I've patched my broken pieces.
I've been patient,I've been still.

I can no longer allow you to control me.
See I've found this crack in this cage, and it was my intention to make amends with you before my flesh hit the pave. I come to you in boldness and in less fear.
Let me go!
From all your anguish and pain.
Thinking we would settle this and be done.
You came close enough to taunt me.
So I freed myself and devoured your presence.
