Bookkeepers Deathbed

Jabberwocky

My road was narrow and it was long
I only sang a single song
The tune was easy and safe for me
It gave me comfort and security
Now my voice is soft and weak
I murmur whistfully and meek

Sing me a sea voyage in slate and hurling seas.
Sing me mountain passes with snow up to my knees
Sing me a tiger with burning sudden eyes
Sing me a red wind from torn southern skies.
