The pain from within

There is a pain within this heart,
My pain within my sadness through my eyes,
My eyes are like a burden that you can see right through me
That one single heart left behind, intoxicated and enclosed in fear, fear of darkness from within.
No chance on the senses getting healed, just broken and shattered like a million pieces of glass.
You see there's the light the hope and the happiness that I once wanted to feel,
Now I ever feel is this sadness, depression is what I experience.
This headache is killing me from within.
A pain within these doors I can hear it say, there is no way out.
No way to wash away the pain,
The pain I feel.
