I just wanna fly

SadInterior

Notice of absence from SadInterior

I wanna fly.

Up there in the lilac sky

I wanna fly, so damn high.

Soar with the wind and the clouds up above.

I prepare myself, to take flight.

I will not be returning home tonight, I'll fly with the birds, flow with the wind

I spread my arms, close my eyes crack a smile then whisper goodbye.

I'll fall into darkness, as I did before. When I fall, I will land.

As I fall, I will laugh as the wind tickles me, I will laugh at the way my hair

waves around, I will then open my eyes, and realize what mistake I have just done.

Once I land, my bones will have found a place to lie down and sleep.
