Is Love
The only thing
that spreads faster than hate,
—is love
(Villanova Pennsylvania: May, 2017)
The Prison Within
Are we constantly building
circular walls,
—that we feel safe within
Are the threats contained,
as our minds abstain,
—in our fortress ‘void of sin’
Does the air we breathe,
serve to then mislead,
—forming words that echo back
Now inside a prison
where we must serve,
—as ourselves, we then attack
(Villanova Pennsylvania: May, 2017)
For Augustus
This world an
illusion
All faith to
forbear
A friend of mine
struggles
Whose spirit I
share
I feel him inside
me
He calls out my
name
His friendship a
blessing
Augustus,
—I pray
(Villanova Pennsylvania: May, 2017)
New Life
He came to me joyous,
his words still unread
A vision once spoken,
—new life for the dead

Thanks
A caring and uplifting message for friend Augustus and with words based on freedom and the power of love it will no doubt be well received. - a really engaging read Kurt.
Thanks, Fay. We all want him to know he has friends who care
about him.

Wonderful Kurt! Such a wonderful man Augustus is and so kind of you to write for him. Kat - he has visited me in the last couple of days! So great that he is back!
Thanks, WBL
So very, very true!
"I feel him inside me" I believe that we may be visited by the same spirit, that one that the Native Americans listened to and lived by. You have reminded me to listen to him to help in this struggle. I am deeply flattered to have you write this. I read to my wife and she wanted a copy. May the spirit be forever with you and guide you. Much love.
May the great 'Wakan Tanka' keep you strong. The Lakota gave me a new name, 'Wana Hin Gle' (He Who Happens Now), and I offer this to you to help in your fight.
It's great to have you back.
Kurt
Wakan Tanka, Great Mystery: teach me how to trust my heart, my mind, my intuition, my inner knowing, the senses of my body, the blessings of my spirit. Teach me to trust these things so that I may enter my sacred space and love beyond my fear, and thus walk in balance with the passing of each glorious sun.
