False Limits

Kurt Philip Behm

You have to cross the perimeter,

for your border to expand

Stepping over the line,

of yourself to demand

You have to follow that inner voice,

calling out sacred and new

Rejecting false limits,

on your way to the truth

Wise advice Kurt and so precisely written. - love the power in that final line.

Just heard a navy seal say that when your mind tells you to quit, that you can't possibly walk, run, continue at whatever activity, you are only at 40% of your capability. We need to leave our routines and get out of our comfort zones. Hugs.
