The Ratman's Rathole

DeadDuck

He makes his move, much affliction

His enemies left in a painful position

He feels no grief for the lives he stole

He'll take you down to the place he calls the rathole

The place is dark and cold

Victims surrounded by chains and mold

A mutter, a hackle

Many bound in shackle

They are not considered slaves

Just beings to fill the vacant crevices of these caves

  • Comment from author about the poem: This poem is supposed to potray a small bit of my past involving abuse. It's about a man I knew, I perceive as a rat-like man. He never committed murder that I know of, but it makes me think about how he said he hurt many to feel less empty, which didn't make much sense at the time, until I really put thought into it, so I decided I should write about it.
