Way I am

As you may know
I'm a passionate man
This is for more than just my fam

I've seen some things
From the age of 10
Violence and abuse
no one should of seen
Worse when I hit the streets at 14

I try to tell you this
As you street talk alot
Anyone who's really been there
Wishs they had not

For all we ever chased after
Is a safe warm bed
With that feeling of when  
Fam and us are in the same place
So we could close our eyes
Knowing you're home in peacefulness

No one has it right in life
As the world is still a messed up place
But my promise is to you
I'm only trying to do my best
From my own experiences
That make me be the way I am
