The Note

MusicalRider

You never noticed

You never knew

Because whenever we spoke

It was always you

We never talked about the pain

Or the blood on my wrists

We never discussed how I cried

Over people I'll always miss

We laughed

Maybe even cry

But I never thought

You'll be the one to say Goodbye

What did I do?

Why wasn't I good enough?

Was it bad for me

To always act so tough?

Now I sit here

Looking at that text

Tears running down my face

I thought what to do next

Now here we are

The words wrote, not said

Me, on the floor,

The blood running from my head

I apologise for everything

Everything I seemed to do.

For what made you hate me,

Eventhough I'll forever love you.

So this is it,

No need to sit and cry.

This time it's me

Who's saying 'Goodbye..'
