Breathe deeply 

Until your lungs can't hold anymore 

Then let it all go 

In one take 

Your feelings 

Your thoughts

Watch them float away like dust in space 

Travelling to planets to take them away 

Remember to breathe 

Fly away 

Go on a journey 

With stars in your hands and feet 

Constellations in your eyes 

Forget about your worries and cares 

Bid them goodbye 

Always breathe

          A fine write. Erm, I tried giving up breathing for 24 hours one day (??). Did I? How come I'm still here?! heehee.
          But we can get in a hyper-state where we 'forget' to breathe, i.e. we don't breathe properly.
