I've never heard something to sweet
The way my name rolls when you speak
How just a simple word sounds so
Subtly sweet
How I swear it's coated in sugar
Sweet kisses I'd imagine
A thousand and one ways, you say?
I say you're sweet, the sweetest I've ever heard
But my imagination is a secret
I can't speak of it
A thousand and one ways
I feel
My mind has wonderful pictures
Of us
Play fighting and ending up doing the waltz
And you didn't even know how to dance
You asking "are we dancing?" So clueless
I didn't answer
My mind was wondering if you would ever spin me
Into those
sugar filled lips
My imagination is a secret
One day, you said you were done
A thousand and one ways and
Yet
You were done?
Thought you were worthless
Like I hated you or something
How could I hate you
When I'm choking on my love
Keeping it secret
One day, you said you were done
Not with me, oh no, never
You were done being a bother
But you never were one
Not to me, oh no, never
You were wonderful
You called me
To sing
Your love to me
But
Your not with me, oh no. Never?
You kissed my cheek
my jaw really
You hugged me
Tilted my head up and
You kissed me cheek
My cheek
He rufuses to kiss
But you couldn't wait to
He hurt me for 7 months
Dragging me in circles of mixed signals
Before he hugged me, trying to tell me he cares
He smoked away his problems
But smoke was my worst
But you, you hated it
You hated the smoke too
And you?
Cherish me
Cherish even
My cheek
I once wrote of golden eyes
His aren't gold, they're blue
Sky blue
I wondered whose eyes id been dreaming of
People asked who, assuming it was him
I said I didn't know
But then I got lost in the gold mine
Surrounding your pupils
I once wrote of golden eyes
I wrote of someone's heartbeat
Even I thought it was his I was thinking of
But I never listened to his, my head was never there
I hugged around his neck, throwing my head to his shoulder
But I went under while hugging you
My ear was flat against your chest
And I couldn't help my words screaming in my head
"it's timeless, I'm lost in it, in Time, and I like it"
Unattentionally
I wrote of your heartbeat

Oh my.. I love the poem it literally says my whole love life right now. Or lack of.. Thank you for sharing that
You write good , and have good instincts . Especially for being only fifteen . Good job .
"Play fighting and ending up doing the waltz" I liked a lot.The surprise that it would be unrequited love was gotcha .Keep,writing.
Yknow, that's my favorite line too. Especially since it actually happened. And thank you a lot, I'll try to post a lot on my free time so keep an eye out
