Cathartic Lacerations

whisperingquill

Fixed array of
broken rays
two toned slivered
silver shades,

umbra's stygian
maximum precision

abashed
or hazed
beige turns
copper fillet,

shreds on the
downsize of
upstaged

thunder stolen
lightning eradicated,

enslaved in
frenetic conclaves,

favoring savoring
tethered to liquidation
of yesterday's haze,

perpetual maze
of unfettered sage,

to parlay on the
sniffle of today's
mephitic grace,

oblero si mon
solo fatuous lobo,

down the valley
of the shadow

ride,

boldly,

ride,

the shade replied,

I'll sleep till the
moons rise into
the suns hollow,

frozen heat
somnolence
till sorrow of
borrowed
tomorrow's.

  • Fay Slimm.

An exciting read which sits very well in the form you chose - love the alliteration.

Takes on a life of its own like trying to reign in a run away horse. Through hell and back followed by a deep sleep. Kudos.
