Poetic Dan

Keepers

My heart, body, mind and soul, every atom and molecule go into everything I know.

  • Laying out my heart comes easily for me, even more so when brothers and sisters are helping my Qi.

I package it up holding it tight, ready for when someone is in fight or flight.

Emotions have controlled most of my life, life has sometimes fed me more than I'd liked.

Through the years people come and go, some are now floating on.
All just memories of a time long gone, although I still hear them with birds in song or feel their presence with flowers in bloom.

Brother, uncle, father and son

Daughter, auntie, sister and mum

The honour is mine
To of meet you in life
I'll be your keeper
As the keepers kept mine
If not I'll keep the memory alive.

Emotions aren't the enemy
It's the one that's in control
We live in a world with others
With an abundance of guidance.

The vibration in our gut
Will always let us know
Never stop exploring
Till you get control
