Misery

Sada_bear

The saddest part is not being able to express what you feel but not being able to to know what you're feeling. Depression and anxiety consuming not being able to get up in the morning so just laying there. Being alone with your thoughts solely filled with questions you would never say out loud.Losing faith...not knowing who to turn to...Losing trust... Betrayal...The misery of not knowing what to do when you're miserable working a honest day of work but not getting paid enough the hurt you experience from those you thought were close to you and loved not being able to let go not being able to forgive so holding it all in until it finally explodes. Escaping through fantasy that alternately demolishes your reality. Not being able to think for yourself so having someone else speak up for you not being able to put what you think into word so never really explaining yourself. Not being able to solve the problems in your daily life so just giving up.

Really like this. Good job. I can relate. This is well spoken.

What you want to do and what you can do often come into conflict with each other . Perhaps if you made a to do list everyday and jot down things that need to be done and try to accomplish getting some of them done .Even getting just a few easy tasks done enables the will with more power to do more tomorrow .
