But no.

msnaylor

Empty. I wish there was a path.

A journey.

Like the fairytales or the movies.

But no.

Just hopeless. I wish there was a purpose.

A meaning.

Like the charity or the future.

But no.

Just lonely. I wish there was more than one of me.

A friendship.

Like you see in my hopes and your reality.

But no.

Just pain. I wish there was a reason.

A real one.

Like death or betrayal or loss or love.

But no.

Just me.

In here.

Pleading.

For escape.

For understanding.

For love.

For happiness.

For trust.

For knowledge.

For you.

For dreams.

For promises.

For me.

For caring.

For life.

For death?

But no.

    Powerful...

I have been searching for something more in this world as well...

    The journey has proven difficult

Moses wandered aimlessly through his life before God called upon him to be his servant at the age of 80 . And for the next forty years he served faithfully except for one time . A whole lifetime can be for one moment of justification .
