- Comment from author about the poem: Knowing yourself becomes a mystery to solve on its own. The knowing and doing to make us closer to become the person we want to be and not place judgment on us or others. To become the person we want to be with society. The society that brought us into this world and makes us who we are. The essence and ability to accept our beautiful self and have a healthy relationship with our body, mind, and spirit.
