Ma

Poetic Dan

Writing every thought in these pages
I have to share the ones of a Lady

"Do what you have to do" is what she'd always tell me, more than a shoulder to cry on she's so abun-dan-tly missed

A home from home when my own didn't feel as one, I try so hard to hear the voice from when I was young, with calling me her number three son. To smell fresh cakes or winter dumplings bobbing away are soothing memories on stormy days

Over the years from when she's passed I've still been struggling knowing the path, my reality now shifting new perspective to see maybe there is entities helping guiding me.

So many signs I've now looked back and seen, the latest this book was a gift with an elephant print.

Now I know she is still helping me, this amazing lady known as Rita Miles. Ma your spirit is as pure as her heart, your door always open wherever you are.

Sounds like this honorable lady was often the anchor in a storm. Lovely, the way you've brought her to remembrance here.

      More than I ever knew.
Thank you for reading and beautiful words returned.
My hope is showing that the little things you may do in life thanking they won't matter much, can help a positive ripple to go on and on and on.
