Kissing him

Molly Walsh

I will kiss him because he has un plucked every arrow from the wings you clipped in an attempt to tame me from roaming too close, to what I am yet to discover
I will kiss him because he will not play my insecurities like a piano in a way that sounds almost beautiful... almost.
I will kiss him because he reminds me the letter box of my mouth was meant for smiling not delivering apologies he is certain he deserves
I will kiss him because he taught me that my eyes are meant for shining not trying to refocus a blurred perception of love
I will kiss him because he will tipsily whisper sweet ramblings as appose to condemning accusations that lodge in my throat
I will kiss him because he made my broken feel beautiful again
When or matter of factly if I kiss him that kiss is for me
I will not kiss him because you kissed her
