A mug of support

fayeisabee1

Burn my brain
I wasn't wanting to be sane
Crawl into my thoughts
Thinking why I'm your last resort?
Wait with a coffee- a mug of support
Talk about forever and learn from whom we're taught
Listen to the words spoken,
Disagree and leave the door open.
Hide away from where what worries you
Scared of commitment
Scared of letting someone through
I'm sorry I wasn't what I wanted us to be
I'd start again knowing who I can be
But you locked the door
Nothing more than a mutual feeling.
And I live on to stop repercussion
Last thing I'd want is my own self destruction.

Thank you Faye, made me think. Especially the two lines "Listen to the words spoken, Disagree and leave the door open". Don't know how many times I closed that door.
