Oranges are Sweet and Juicy.
Oranges are neat and Squishy.
Oranges are great!
give them a taste,
many a come in crates!
There's no need to be a brute,
when opening this gentle fruit.
When concentrated, one may dilute.
It provides plenty of vitamin C,
Which helps your arteries.
They're plenty good for you and me,
and don't forget they come from trees!

Oh i love 'em but not allowed them. Put myself on ketogenic diet. I miss them even more now.
Awe, well; there are plenty of good ketogenic foods, maybe someday soon you can steal a slice, or have a mandarin. 🙂
Thank you for your kind thoughts. There may be many distractions ahead when i reach my target but you know what. I find this site a huge distraction from all the bad things i could be getting upto right now (oranges in ketosis) but im enjoying the inspiration it gives me.
