Rainbow

meno1972

Somewhere over the Rainbow,
the skies are blue. So the song says.
 Somewhere over the Rainbow, no
tears no more pain. I see the Rainbow after the rain. The world smells fresh and clean.

I see the Rainbow after the rain. I make a wish and hope and pray
. Somewhere over the Rainbow, blue birds fly. Would love to be over the Rainbow. No more tears. No more pain

And you will be. You might even find that famous pot of gold. I find it amazing what feelings a rainbow can trigger. In Hawaii we have lots of them, but it is breathtaking every time. Love your poem.

I really like the theme of the poem. If you would put your poem on one line a piece, and separate it into one, or multiple stanzas it would make it look a little more organized. I am glad you put pen to paper, and wrote this gem.
