memories invaded

Samreen Chowdhury

The photographs from the past years to recent

years told a story,a love story

it's not like once upon a time. it begins with happiness and ends with a cry,

regretting the things you've done hurts your brain, and all the good things too,

creating a carriage of mistakes, one of them was creating a bond between you and I or us,

That was the biggest mistake,

by letting go your creating a mind invaded of frustrate,

why?

these memories expressed in the photographs aren't just memories,

they're special and every moment was cherished shown in the smiles,

the foolish part of all of this is watching your world fall apart,

The love journey has expired.

I love the way this reads, there is little rhyme but had had to double check as in my mind the words fit so sweetly next to the other. On the sadness conveyed is heart wrenching. I sense the explosive anger underneath. Kudos.
