Unsaved time

Mello

the power of reason that I lost,
or maybe those moments of victory it cost,
do I reason now or do I reason later,
how do we go from the greatest to the biggest traitor,
The simplicity in the light we seen or define,
maybe this is the Way that humans are designed,
can you find me a flower that doesn't change colors in the seasons,
I believe we go through stages one of them we become demons,
I lost myself in the time of imagination,
they say take a look have I not done my examination,
how many gray hairs do I have to lose,
how many signs of a seen and I haven't still seen the clue,
how do you plan ahead when tomorrow isn't promised,
is there a harm in being truthful and honest,
don't conceal yourself don't hide what is the truth,
don't be distracted by this world put it in-mute,
some days are great some days are bad,
remember those days when you were just so glad,
at times it even feels like you're living the same thing over,
your this much closer to being that much older,
I just can't believe this is just one life,
what then two kids and loving wife,
people open your minds there so much ahead,
people don't lose track in what's been unsaid,
how many of your forefathers of came and last track,
to only end up in the dark endless crack,
to only wish to get a redo in this world of mystery,
yet hail to those who gain completely and utter victory.

I love it, full of contradictions. Like a jigsaw puzzle in a plain box.
