A Chorus

Dent Moses

Passively laying in isolation
Time to switch sides
She kisses my face
The ground, gives me bruises
Why does it do this?
I just want to cry

I can't call my friend
I can't say I want you
I want you to care
I want you to watch
I want you to hear
With your ears the tear

When there was the sun
The blankets were wrong
To thick and too strong
No room for us to be
Together asleep
When I'd rather be gone

Love is painful above all else. Keep it up, don't lose sight of the end of the road.
