Paradise

Poetic Misfit

The little girl
Whose finger was wrapped around mine
The beautiful woman with whom she was being held by was her mother.
Soon.
Our eyes met

Her mom gave her to me to hold
Isn't she lovely
I began to sing
It was something about my little girl
That sparkle in her eyes
Those pretty brown eyes

Paradise is her name
Her world will be filled with endless joy
With two moms
She will be loved
Her best is yet to come

First off just let me say, I was going to write a poem like this today. Great minds think alike. This subject about future children, or lovers is certainly thrilling. It's rare as well. Took the idea right out of my mind! The poem is fantastic. Good stuff.

This is beautiful, I love the subject of it in every way. Simple, yet expressive.
