Too late

Justagirl

I know that it's too late
For you to want to be my date

But whoever I'm with

Or Whomever I kiss

I'm in eternal bliss

Because I'm seeing you
In them

I can't imagine
Having someone else

My heart is falling apart
In indescribable pain

I realized I love you
But it was too late

Sooner or later you're going to find the guy in your arms is a bit better and worth noticing. I only hope he isn't displaying the sentiments you are in your poem.

"Whomever" with a capital "W"? To me, this can only come from one Lover; your Creator. Young women whom enter a religious community marry this Bridegroom, this Whomever. It's never too late. Or, a young women who finds a holy husband, marries him for life, and starts a family and has lots of children - through her marriage she is witnessing to all of her friends the true meaning of marriage: Christ's faithful love to his Bride - the Church. Your poem is quite prophetic- indeed you were 'made' for this sort of nobility, this sort of Love. My prayer is that he finds you soon...
