When we read your words our hearts were broken in two.
We only want what is best for you.
You are an adult and we understand but we always gave you a gentle hand.
You made a decision to be on your own.
We think that is great and independence will make you from a boy to a man.
We know that you are overwhelmed but soon that will pass.
The future is in your hands.
Only you can make your dreams come true.
We can't do that for you only you can make it happen.
Think of a plan and put it in action.
Remember we love you and know you can do it on your own.
We know reality bites but we all went through the same thing.
Baby to child.
Child to teenager.
Teenager to adult.
The world is out there and the choice is yours.
We know it is hard but we wish you success in whatever you do.
The journey will be rough but we know you will succeed

Beautiful. The reluctance of a parent to let go of their child, but also the excitement of knowing that they will do great things. Great write.
