Pestilence

entangledheart

My world is like a frown. my happiness has been turned upside down, you say you care but is it just the bus fare that I have paid? I've laid my life down for you set it in rows parallel to the dissappointment I brought to you. You've disappeared to never be back. You left in a hurry. When we spoke last I was in fury. I held my head up whilst it hung down.  I wear a crown like a dunce cap. My stupidity has taken over me. I lost u but yet you haven't left me. My emotions have been played with so much the paint is wearing off. You say u left because you weren't treated right and i stopped making you feel special but how was I to know when the communication had slimmed down to none. I once believed in us. I was given the impression that you and I were meant for eachother but I guess it was just a mear expression. Is this my destination? To sit alone in desolation? From night one to night none i cared for you. i did my best to make your chest ache no more. Im torn forevermore. My limbs pulled off by the horses of distress. Our love turned to pestilence, chewed me up and spit me out.

I have been in a few different books even winning a spot in a state book. this was my entry for the most recent book i was in. in my eyes it was never completely finished but this is how it was entered and i think it turned out good enough. enjoy.
