better places

onepauly

you are the only i that i know

and from here where do we go

for the bride and groom

do we have the room

plenty of space for a state of grace

so graciously are you so envowed

and in this you will be endowed

unutteringly  greater pastures await you

believing is knowing and the latter growing

I tried it once and failed miserly but I do get your poem and I do believe its as close to getting married as you can be. a cool write onepauly.

KEVIN, I'm talking about being married to god, I'm 62 years old. and I never had sex with a woman. nor do I want to. the true meaning of love is sacrifice. don't tell me you can understand that. I hardly do myself. but I do believe it. what have I got to lose? if I get lonely ill look up a few more of your poems.

onepauly, we sacrifice most things in life for immaterial issues and I despise that thought. if ever you get lonely pop down to Somerset and we can get lonely together my friend because I am very lonely also. keep ya spirits high and then get back reading some of my poetry if it helps you in the way you say it does. I really appreciate that. it warms my heart that you have fallen for my work.

After reading your answer to Kevin, I now understand your poem better. Love that last sentence.
