There was a Starr, who was a beautiful sight.
There was a Starr, who filled me with fright.
The Starr and I had the best of times.
Unto each other, we did horrible crimes.
I held you with so much hate,
I kept myself from living a better fate.
Letting go and learning to forgive,
I charge forth and begin to live.
All that's left is a question without pun,
Can you forgive me for all that I've done?

Well written. Beautiful sentiments. Forgiving someone who has wronged you is so hard, and I can feel the emotion in the piece. Thanks for sharing.
