Empowering Presence

iRonnie

Tied between a love and a lie,

With an abandoned feeling inside,

I try to find sight;

What existential agony festered

And left a tangled mess for

Me to ignore and rest more?

I know this path is for the worst

Because I choose to be immersed

In Karma's beautiful curse.

    A fine write Ronnie. But I dunno - who is this Karma chappie (or chap-ess)?! He, or she, is responsible for a lot of stuff, it seems. lol.

      Well I was just considering it from the what goes around comes around. And if you do nothing then nothing comes back to you...and that my being caught between a love an a lie is causing me to want to just do nothing

        And thank you!

          It's me being a bit daft Ronnie! I don't hold to Karma stuff myself. Not to put-down your poem at all. But to me Karma is bunkum! heehee. I suppose what goes around does come around, as they say, but I don't think karma is the cause myself.

            I think of karma as you reap what you sow. So the moral I was going for is that you can only achieve what you go for. Thats what I believe karma and LOA actually are.
