Candlewitch

In The Gloaming (by: eddy styx)

In The Gloaming

Look...
Just there
DEEP
Where the churning
VOID
Meets
With the setting sun
Turning the waters
h*o*r*i*z*o*n
DARK
Bloody red
At its anticipated touch
Banishing shadows
From the eddy
Casting out all light...
Morpheus
Cannot help me
FORGET...
What once wise
Weaver spins
His thread
Draws tightly his cloak
On this burning orb?
Reality fades in
Rotation...

I could feel the churning center of the sun touching the horizon changing the lights shading colors of dark red, glowing orange, deep violet and suddenly blue again. I love sunsets. Can stay there for a long time just admiring it. Thanks for sharing.

I love dark poems such as these, and the way you formatterd it brang the poem to life.
                As always great job!

thank you Azura for your time and graciousness.
