Catch my Breath

I tried...to inhale slowly, don't let my anticipation show,

Been dreaming of this moment,

When steamy conversations take a turn,

For the unknown,

And I can't wait for the start of this new adventure with you,

Counting down the minutes til I see you,

Now your at my door....breathe,just breathe,

And as the door opens, I know that life won't be the same,

When you stepped in and wrapped your arms  around me, my heart skipped a beat,

Your hands roaming my body, lifted me off my feet,

Then came the kiss that left me helpless and beyond breathless
