Poetry, an Acrostic Imagry

Edward Charles McDevitt

Poems run through my mind, literally every day.

Once they're written down, I'm trying to convey,

Emotions that run deep, especially from me.

Trying to let you and all who else that see.

Really I've been hoping and it seems so long.

Yes I'd like my words published in a song!

  • Comment from author about the poem: I love to write poetry and am good at Acrostic. Some of them I would not put on here. They are angry and bitter. One is of a friend that was owed money. You can only imagine what Acrostic poem that would be!
