Starting in the present with plans and dreams,

Talk of what we want our love to be and what's to come, 

A promise of a new day that has yet begun ,

Making room in our lives for 2 becoming 1, 

A fresh start removing the pain of relationship pasts,

A newfound commitment to making this new love last,

So we make a vow to move forward together,

And promise that our love will last forever,

    Very relatable. I feel as though everyone should strive for such loyalty, such commitment. The problem is most people take problems they had from a previous relationship into the new one. This poem is nicely written and looks at things from a more positive, optimistic stand point. Which is the best way to start a new relationship. My favorite line is "Making room in our lives for 2 becoming 1".

      Lovely simple way of wanting life to be. But life's no fairy tale its hard work and often poor rewards. However it is still lovely to see such thoughts expressed here.
