You Fuel My Love

 

Many years ago, love is a brand new feeling.
Here inside my heart for a long while.
I was revved by it when I'm feeling down,
When my body was like a ride with a flat tire.
It painted a steady smile on my face like a clown.
It's like a rainbow that put colors to my gray sky,
It's like a rainshower to thirsty plants when the soil went dry.

 

It took me a decade to finally figure out,
What's love for me is all about.
If love is a subject in school...
It will be my lowest grade or I may failed for sure.

 

If not because of the people I met in this life,
Who taught me so many things.
Whether its about politics, wisdom or current events.
It gives light on my way to see the direction
I want to follow and reach.

 

Now, love is like an app on my phone.
It's always updated and I use it often.
But I don't give it to anyone else without precaution.
I learned my lesson from my mistakes
And to those who cause me heartaches.

 

You fuel my love,
My heart roar like an engine...
That is full tank and just done changed oil.
My heart maybe old, but the driver...
Is like a professional racer. 😂😂😂
