Poetry_Of_The_Unknown

You can see the depression in my posture,
Feel the anxiety of every attempted sentence that melts from my mouth,
Hear the self doubt as your skin kisses mine.
I don't belong here.
Not in a physical sense,
But within this mental dimension of demons and monsters.
They take hold of every part of me.
I'm disgusted.
Every ounce of what I once was,
Has now been tainted.
These traits I once loved,
Are nothing more than a memory.
I have been corrupted,
Such as a file and a virus.
This virus turned me inside out and killed me.
You are the anti virus...
But sadly you are also the corrupted file that crashed my hard drive.
