Dynamite & Fire

Edthepoet

Pulled from the wreckage
Of Your infidelity
One hell of a message
For everyone to see
Whispers and tear drops
Paint a scene of
Previously conceived obscene
No second guessing
Where you might've been

How the hell did you expect
A proud man to not blow
Your alibi sky high
Was it not enough
to take his name
Did you have to
take his pride?

Yes every story
has two sides
Are you not tired
Of playing the antagonist
Will you ever listen
Will you ever learn
Pretty little liar
Will you ever resist
This twisted temptation
To juggle dynamite & fire
