The world is perfect
The colours are so vibrant
All I can hear is your voice
The background noise is silent
All I can taste is your lips
All I can hold is your hand
All I see you is beside me
Where it is I may stand
Your smile lights a path
That was once so dull and dark
& your laugh can bring back life
To the most of broken hearts
I can't let go I hold so tight
My arms are wrapped around you
Stay with me for a moment please
For I have only just found you
The stars are shining brightly
The skies are calm & peaceful
At this very moment in time
We are the only earths people
Let me tell you sweet things
Every word I speak so honest
For the truth is I can't lie
To the one whom my love is promised
But as the sunlight creates the haze
And the dawn begins to break
Let me kiss you one last time
Before you fade and I awake
