The Fear of Losing

Kaytay17

as your hand cress my cheek catching the tears

as you hold me tight in your arms

I begin to realize my deepest fears

no, not the one of monsters

and not the one of ghost

it's the one of loosing what I love the most

from the way you smile

to the way you cry at sad things

being around you make my life feel like a dream

how your touch makes me unfold from the seam

just like rain your tears fall

it leaves me enthral

the way your heart beat match mine

to how I fit in your arms so perfectly

to how your laugh chimes

so this fear

wrapping it self around my heart like a brier

making my mind tangle with thoughts

 making me feel distraught

it's all real

leaving me acting puerile

leaving me to pretend like I don't feel

but I do

and I don't want to loose you

A common feeling of losing that which we love the most. Great sentiments for your loved one.
