A sun has to set, doesn't it?
no matter how bright it burns?
I suppose every sun has to set
but after it sets, dawn comes along.
And dawn brings a sweeter light,
doesn't it? But what happens
when dawn forsakes us? I wonder...
sunsets are the end to all bright days,
it is known for sure
but does that mean there's no change?
From the highest mountains caped with snow
to the deepest oceans littered with jewels,
the sunset comes to all!
But a dawn is an uncertainty...
The night is a journey some don't make.
When the suns light goes down
some just lie down
and lay in the night forever.
But some make it through
and those who do are the strongest.
However strength turns to frailty
and the nights journey grows dull
so the strong lay with the weak.
And because the sun went down that night
I now lay in the night
and blame the God;
not the God of Death,
but the God of life
is the one I blame.
