Moving On

entangledheart

The selfie you once took left me shook. With one glance all the memories i had of you rushed me. It was as if the Hoover dam had broke and i was at the bottom. When we were together we agreed to never leave and one day that all went away. I fought for you, went through hell. I couldn't move on, my feelings and emotions acted like an anchor and dragged this shipwreck to the ocean floor. I was pushed through the undertow. I had to undergo a lot of troubles to forget you. You moved on and told me to do the same then when i did you complained. Removed me from your life. You acted contrite for leaving me to get with someone who you thought could treat you better. It was the right feeling and instinctively i had to make you feel better, then when i told you i was done with the ride on the emotional roller coaster you told me i hurt you and i broke your heart AGAIN. Who was the one that broke up with who? You with me. I was hurt and i tried to hold on. My heart was busted into too many piece's for me to pick up and walk away with. I moved on found someone new. This one seems more like a dream. Too good to be true. She is everything i want and more than i could ever need. She holds the master key to my heart. Unlike you i don't think her and i will part.
