I often sit and wonder
About life with no woes and sorrows
About days filled with only joy
No worries about tomorrow
I often sit and wonder
How a day of fun would feel
Oh if I could only feel it
Maybe I'd believe it was real
But as wise ones have said
Everyone has a bad day or two
I think again at life
And realize they really have had a few
So now that life is put into perspective
And I see how it could really be
It truly isn't so bad
Being plain, old, sad life-d me

Not so sad at all. Sadness, worry, boring and all the negative aspects of life is the seasoning that bring the full taste of life. Nice poem.
