The End

jonnyc1

Desperate breaths leave her slow
Numbness and pain fill the soul
Vivid lights will soon turn black
A Pulse too weak to stop the attack
Silent pleas escape the eyes
No more ways to hear the lies
Her fingers grasp the hand that's near
The path that's next is way too clear
Shadows cast cover the hope
Despair seeps in, cannot cope
Failed tears spell her fate
With this ill a cure is too late

It is the moment far beyond sadness. How could we erase that. This moment shall lead you to all the precious moments you had shared. Very touching poem.
