Pain and Rain and Gain

kylewriggs

Anxiety, thoughts, pain

Sweating, freezing, rain

A hotflash that starts an unhealthy habit.

Just out of reach and I may not have it.

My mind is in hyperspeed,

But I don't know what I need.

Eyes are rapid, but I cannot move my feet.

Oh how it would taste so sweet.

Mentally unstable,

So how am I able,

To function semi-normal?

I find that phrase deplorable.

All are weird,

Whether you're awkward, spastic or queer.

Each human is unique and strange.

But with this in mind what do I have to gain?

Indeed, we are all uniquely weird. It makes for an interesting world, wouldn't you say! Good poem, kwr! Welcome to MPS.
