your kaleidoscope essence

avigail

Don’t ignore your kaleidoscope essence - shapes and colors.

One day you say this, definitely! and you want to take actions in this direction.

The next day you say that, definitely! And you take the opposite actions and directions.

Don’t feel embarrassed by non-consistency

Accept your being’s kaleidoscope essence reality.

The more you observe triggers and reactions,

You realize the flavors of needs, fears and frustrations.

Sometimes you don’t know the subconscious source for your programmed mind.

So explore and map the consequences of the operating system of your being, be self-compassionate and kind.

Avigail, I don't know anymore how I could get through my days without your gems! In my case though I think I need a new operating system!

u r a quality human in my virtual team and i appreciate you feedback and comments Fred:)
the beauty - we can always write a new version of the operating system. we need to understand that only we can do it and not rely on therapists and coaches... yes we can get advice, but we need to write !!!

Thanks Avigail, thinking about it again now, I realize that there is nothing wrong with my operating system, it is rather the hard-drive that needs wiping to get rid of all the baggage accumulated over the years. But then, if you wipe it, you also lose all the good stuff. 🙂
Sorry for rambling on, but your writing is always good food for thought.

Fred the thing we need to do is also change our past... recondition our minds to be positive without illusions , yet with creativity and sense of humor...- in my humble view - this is the game of awareness and we need to play life seriously.
