Don't Say That

Dent Moses

Give it away
Love it's still thrill
Couldn't you see?
What I meant to say,
I learned years ago
How high the tide
Higher than before
Born into a hill? Jump.

I can't speak
Why does it cry?

Teach the kids to eat,
Teach a kid to sew,
Tell him it can only be and is
And we're too late to know.
It's burning me
I want to kill
The still thrill god
Says me, jump.

I can't speak
Why does it cry?

Groaning, groaning,
Make the air to breath.
Remind me what it's like
Far away, across divided
What a time to be right,

If I could read this without the hints

I can't speak
Why does it cry?
