Tomorrow

C.L.

In a world where hate will never cease.

I look to the stars for they give me peace.

The answer I find will never be shallow.

For I wait until tomorrow.

The very reason I love is to be loved.

Through all the sorrow in which I've trudged.

It's a crime scene of my imagination.

Where only to me it leaves an impression.

It was noticeable until the has come.

In where yesterday has screamed, and tomorrow will hum.

The day will come when I am anew.

Yesterday was the past and today flew.

Torn by the reality of this world.

Time is not existent but instead curled.

Yet the moon is lit, and within the path grows a loom.

So wait and listen,

tomorrow will come soon.

I read this poem like, four times in a row because I liked it so much. And wraps up so perfectly at the end. Buuut, you might wanna re-read the first line of the third verse though, I think you may have forgotten something there.. Anyway, Well done!
